Hi, I'm Cody.

I teach people who care about their health how to get the most benefit in the least amount of time.

I’m a doctor of physical therapy with 17 years of experience helping people of all walks of life get back to doing the things they love.

I’ve spent more time than most with people in theirs 70s, 80s and 90s.

I’ve seen some thriving late in life, traveling and still doing all the things that makes life worth living.

And I’ve seen far to many just waiting for the end to come.

I’ve heard a lot of life regrets along the way, but none have regretted the time and money they’ve spent to take care of their health.

Most of you financially invest in your future.

But what good is having the money if you don’t have your health to enjoy it.

However, if you invest a little time and energy into your health, your hard work will pay dividends for years to come.

Think of me as your personal health investment advisor.

Trying to figure out what to do can be overwhelming and exercising can be time consuming.

My mission is to take the mess of health, fitness and longevity information and make it easy to understand, actionable, and reasonably fit into your busy life.

Because healthy behaviors and exercise should support the things you love, not dominate your life.

My Philosophy

Play.

I believe your main focus should be on doing things you love. How you “play” is entirely up to you.

Play could be being outdoors, music, your work, spending time with family, a pickleball obsession, or more.

Regardless of how you “play,” knowing how your body works will help you do more of the things you love now and help you keep playing as late into life as possible.

Because living a long time is useless if you can’t do the things that makes life worth living.

Move.

Your body was made for movement. If you invest a little time, money, and energy into moving your body regularly it will pay off both now and decades from now.

If you know how your body works, you’ll be able to exercise in a way that supports your “play” while also improving your health and longevity.

You will also be able to get all of the amazing benefits of movement without spending so much time exercising that you don’t have time for anything else.

Recover.

Your body requires a balance.

Playing and exercise are often fun and we all want to do more. But if you don’t dedicate some time to recovery you can end up injured, frustrated, and feeling awful.

If you make recovery your superpower, you’ll be able to play more and feel better doing it.

You’ll also get far more benefit out of the time you spend exercising.

Like movement, if you find the right strategies, you won’t have to trade time doing what you love for recovery. A little bit done well can go a long way.
